Coconut and Raspberry Smoothie




Healthy and convenient smoothies are ideal fuel-on-the-go for breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert. Smoothies gives our body important nutrients, protein, vitamins and much needed minerals from yogurt and fruits! But sometimes, our busy lives just demands for a smoothie!

So, I am sharing with you today this simple yet super delish coconut and raspberry smoothie that's just so easy to whip and make and satisfy those sweet cravings!

To make this you need:

15 ounce light coconut milk
3/4 cup fresh berries (or you may use frozen ones but please be sure there's no sugar in it!)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. agave nectar or maple syrup
water (optional)

Procedure:

Place all ingredients in a blender, turn it on and blend! Watch the magic happens ;)
Serve in your fave smoothie glass and enjoy! 
You'll also love serving this to your kiddos as it is healthy and tasty! Totally guilt free.
