Add in maple syrup and ground cinnamon. Turn it off and let it cool down.<br /> <br /> Place your apples in a baking dish, scoop in the oatmeal mixture.<br /> <br /> Bake the apples until they are soft and bubbly for about 20-30 minutes.<br /> <br /> Top with the berries and pecans! I dove into learning about nutrition and clean eating and realized that my diet sucked! Think... 100 calorie snack packs and processed protein bars.  So this is where the story begins!</span><br /> <br style="background-color: white; font-family: 'Coming Soon'; font-size: 18px; line-height: 24.639999389648438px;" /> <span style="background-color: white; font-family: 'Coming Soon'; font-size: 18px; line-height: 24.639999389648438px;">I changed my diet, I lost the weight, I did Insanity and I got into the best shape of my life!! I was ecstatic with my results so I shared them with others!  When I started as a Beachbody Coach I had no idea where it was going to lead me. Honestly, I saw a post for a live workout for combat that had celebrity trainers.  I set some goals for myself on a piece of poster board with pictures cut out from magazines and knew that I could be a support person for others! What was once a one man show is now Royal Republic! </div> <div style="background-color: white; font-family: 'Coming Soon'; font-size: 18px; line-height: 24.639999389648438px;"> <br /></div> <div style="background-color: white; font-family: 'Coming Soon'; font-size: 18px; line-height: 24.639999389648438px;"> What is Royal Republic?  This is my coach organization that I created.  I provide my team with the tools, tips and strategies to build a business and be a successful entrepreneur just like myself.  I have created a system that is easily duplicatable along with a coach apprenticeship program to start every coach out with the support they need to be successful.  You just don't become a coach and magically become successful.  It takes a little guidance, support and belief in your ability to do great things! I have to be honest. I was so afraid of "selling stuff" of being "that girl" I was not going to invite people to "parties" and shove a catalog in their face. I just didn't want to be that person. I didn't know what this was all about, but I was drawn in by the energy, the people getting fitness results, the positive vibe, the inspiration encouragement of those achieving incredible stuff and loving life! <br /> <br /> I found that I didn't have to change who I was. I did change so much about my life -but WHO I am remains the same. If you are a cool, hip, loving, fun person that people enjoy- chances are, you are going to CRUSH IT... no matter what you do!<br /> <br /> I decided to dive in- I figured I was going to get in shape so I might as well share that! <br /> <br /> I am now in the Top 25 coaches (out of 145,000) for the year.<br /> <br /> Today, I am growing my second business center.<br /> <br /> Beachbody will "only" allow you to make up to $12,000 a week, (what?!?!?!) for my current rank!!!<br /> <br /> Unfortunately you are capped out there (again I never imagined needing more than ONE biz... whoo hooo!) They will let you open subsequent ones when you hit certain ranks, so basically I'm signing up, under myself, as a brand new coach!!<br /> <br /> Day one... and I need some GO GETTERS to kick it off with me!
