Bullet proof Hot Chocolate

Fall is here in PA, Winding and chilly at times but, beautiful watching the leaves change colors. I was having a craving for something warm and chocolately. I have been avoiding dairy and avoid artificial flavors like the plague. Bring water and coconut to a boil in a small saucepan.<br /> 2. Mix together with the remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl.<br /> 3. Blend with emersion blender or hand mixer until frothy<br /> 4. Transfer to your favorite mug and ENJOY!<br /> <br /> <br />

Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to two weeks and spread on ezekial bread.<br /> <br /> Tips:<br /> Substitute half the cocoa for Maca Powder for a caramel hit.<br /> Delicious swirled into hot oatmeal for a filing breakfast.<br /> Slather on apples for a great post-workout snack.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 
