Everything you need to know about P90x3

AHHH the Newest program from Beachbody and I am sure that you want the nitty gritty on this program. This program is AMAZEBALLS and only 30 minutes per workout! Crazy right? I love going to the gym but, am soooo thankful for at home programs that REALLY work! Insanity and P90x changed my body! It can change yours too in only 30 minutes a day. The key is that you have to do it though and incorporate a healthy eating plan... that is where I come in as your coach!





What is P90X3?
P90X3 is a 90-day extreme fitness program created by Tony Horton designed to get you ripped in just 30 minutes a day. It combines a highly structured, plateau-busting schedule with an unprecedented variety of moves that keep every muscle challenged.

What type of customer should buy P90X3?
Anyone. P90X3 is designed for beginning to advanced fitness levels. Every workout includes modifications to accommodate all fitness levels. P90X3 is a standalone program. Individuals do not have to complete P90X or P90X2 in order to successfully complete P90X3.

How long does it take to complete P90X3?
P90X3 is a 90 day program, split into 3 Blocks.
• Block 1: 4 weeks
• Block 2: 4 weeks
• Block 3: 5 weeks
Optional after 90 day completion:
• Elite Block: 4 weeks
Note: The Elite Block includes 3 workouts not included in the P90X3 Base Kit. They are included with-in the P90X3 Deluxe and Ultimate Kits or can be purchased separately.

How long are the workouts?
P90X3 workouts are 30 minutes. Most workouts include a 2-3 minute cool down.
Note: X3 Ab Ripper workout is 15 minutes and included within the Deluxe Kit.

The P90X App for Android includes the ability to schedule and track your P90X3 workouts. This functionality will also soon be available for the P90X App for iPhone.

Resistance Workouts:
