<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">1/2 teaspoon baking soda</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">1/2 teaspoon salt</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">1 teaspoon cinnamon</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">1/2 teaspoon nutmeg</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">1 medium sweet potato, cooked, skin removed</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">2 tablespoons maple syrup</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Preheat your waffle iron.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl (everything through the nutmeg).</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Whisk together all the other (wet) ingredients in a medium bowl.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until combined.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Pour the batter (it will be thick and you'll need to spread it out with a spatula) onto the waffle iron and cook according to the directions on your waffle.</span><br />

If you are really craving for ice cream but don't want the guilt after eating ice cream. Perhaps you might want to try this healthy yet super delectable recipe that's called.. nice cream. ;)</span><br />

<li><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Frozen bananas (before freezing, chop them first!), the more ripe the better and the sweeter and nicer your nice cream will be! So don't throw away those blackened bananas please - those are perfect. ;)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Freeze the bananas atleast 4 hours. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">cacao powder</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">cacao nibs </span></li>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">1. Get your frozen bananas, defrost them for 5-10 minutes. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">2. Add to your blender and blend away to the consistency that you want.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">3. Add in cacao powder and blend.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">4. Pour on your favorite container, add cacao nibs and almond and enjoy!!</span><br />

<span style="background-color: white; font-family: 'Coming Soon'; font-size: 18px; line-height: 24.639999389648438px;">So most of you know me as a fitness lover, clean eater, mom of 3, Registered Nurse and blogger.  What you may or may not know is that I am also a Beachbody Coach.  My job is to help other people achieve their health and fitness goals and live healthy and fulfilling lives.  I became a coach 19mo ago and decided to start by running a clean eating book club to help other people learn to change their lifestyle.  It all started because I was trying to lose the last 10 pounds from having my third baby and Insanity entered into my life! I dove into learning about nutrition and clean eating and realized that my diet sucked! Think... 100 calorie snack packs and processed protein bars.  So this is where the story begins!</span><br />

I was ecstatic with my results so I shared them with others!  When I started as a Beachbody Coach I had no idea where it was going to lead me. Honestly, I saw a post for a live workout for combat that had celebrity trainers.  I set some goals for myself on a piece of poster board with pictures cut out from magazines and knew that I could be a support person for others! I started to dream big and put goals on there like:</span><br />

What ended happening is that they all slowly started coming true.  I really saw the beauty in sharing my tips and strategies for changing my own life with others.  I started running challenge groups and other people started losing weight.  Then, other people started sending me referrals and eventually I started to develop a team of coaches that wanted to duplicate what I was doing with their own customers.  I began to grow this little team that is now known as Royal Republic!!!</div>

So 19 months after deciding to be a coach I have started this blog, helped over 1000 people transform their lives with health and fitness, sponsored over 90 coaches and have over 900 coaches in my organization right now! What was once a one man show is now Royal Republic! </div>

What is Royal Republic?  This is my coach organization that I created.  I provide my team with the tools, tips and strategies to build a business and be a successful entrepreneur just like myself.  I have created a system that is easily duplicatable along with a coach apprenticeship program to start every coach out with the support they need to be successful.  You just don't become a coach and magically become successful.  It takes a little guidance, support and belief in your ability to do great things! Our philosophy is one that stands behind integrity of the customer, meeting their individual needs with the Beachbody products and fitness programs and leading by example!!!  My goal is to teach other people that they don't need a background in marketing, health and fitness or sales to be successful.  You just have to have the will to learn and the drive to push through any situation that life throws at you!</div>

So to get to the point of writing this article!  Last month I hit a HUGE milestone in my business!  I not only just came back from Las Vegas where I was asked to speak at the annual coach summit at the SHINE event but, I found out I was ranked number 7 in the entire organization!!   I am on track to win an all expenses trip to Paris next year!  How COOL is that!</div>

Reflecting on my first year as a Beachbody coach.

As I looked in the back office this morning my team had their biggest week in history I feel so honored but not surprised that this company based on the real things in life, health, financial freedom and connections is spreading like wild fire.<br />

If I had not hit my own rock bottom and been open I would have missed what I consider one of the biggest blessings that has ever happened to us.<br />
<br />
To think that one year ago on Sunday I was introduced to Beachbody and had no clue what it would do for Scott and I, my family, friends and countless other people as the year went on.<br />
<br />
First, it was my energy and the freedom from cooking non-stop and feeling like a slave to food, carrying coolers, planning and trying to get access to healthy food with three young kids at home and crazy hours as a nurse. I can't tell you all the ways in which it has blessed my health and life.<br />
<br />
I CAN tell you the obvious about being able to stay in shape easier, getting stronger and healthier as I get older because of this amazing nutrition (and of course hard work) but what you don't see are the other lives we have been able to impact. I would say being able to give families extra money to relieve stress, retire them from jobs they don't love so they can spend more time together doing what they DO love, is what life is really meant to be about.<br />
<br />
Teaching a man to fish is far more rewarding than just feeding him. You can't get healthy if you are constantly stressed about money. You also can't help others if you don't first heal and help yourself. We have been able to do more to help others because of Beachbody this year than we could have ever dreamed.<br />
<br />
I thank God in so many moments of the day to be able to have this gift to pay forward. If you are ready for BIG change, ready to do the work, ready to be open and leave behind traditional thinking, We are ready to take you with us this year.
