Bombshell Booty Circuit
Sprint- 7-8mph for 1 minute
Jog 5.5 mph for 1 minute
Stationary Lunge- 20 each leg
Sprint- 7-8mph for 1 minute
Jog 5.5 mph for 1 minute
Body-weight squat 30 reps
Sprint- 7-8mph for 1 minute
Jog 5.5mph for 1 minute
Stationary Lunge 30 each leg
Sprint 7-8mph for one minute
Jog 5.5mph for one minute
Body weight squat 40 reps
    Move from one exercise to the next with no rest in between
