Clean Eating Watermelon Granita




This is a simple summer dessert you can prep for the coming 4th of July! Healthy too! Watermelon provides lots of amazing healthy benefits :)

Ingredients:

4 cups cubed watermleon, seedless or make sure you remove the seeds
juice of 1 lime
Stevia or coconut sugar for sweetness

Instructions:

1. Add watermelon, lime juice and stevia to a blender and blend till smooth.
2. Add in the liquid in a square dish that is shallow and place it in the freezer.
3. After an hour or two, check on the watermelon mixture and scrap the mixture to scrap any ice that has formed and cover it back and put back in the freezer.
4. After 2-3 hours remove again the mixture from the freezer and scrap it again, you may use a fork to do this. It should be done - the thickness depends on you :) Serve immediately! Perfect, healthy dessert!
