HEALTHY OVEN ROASTED SPICED CARROTS



Ingredients:

2 pounds medium carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch strips
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
dash of ground cloves
dash of cayenne pepper

Method:

Prepping this is easy!
Preheat oven to 400° then in a bowl, pour oil over carrots and toss till properly covered with the oil. Mix all of the seasonings and sprinkle all over carrots. Make sure it is tossed and covered well with the seasoning. Then arrange the carrots in a baking pan. Pop into the over for about 30 minutes or until it is crispy-tender and a bit brown on the outside.
