I was invited to an event that ended up changing the future for my family. I did not know at the time that a LIVE COMBAT workout was going to have such a tremendous impact on my life and those around me.<br />Many of you know that I was a RN for 14 years. I love helping other people but, was sick of working evenings, weekends, and Holidays. I went into nursing because of the flex<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline;">ibility of the hours but, as my family grew I hated leaving my babies at home. I worked a ton of evening and weekend shifts to be home with my babies during the day but, this meant limited time with my husband. We were shuffling the kids back and forth to make it work... completely exhausting and system that was not sustainable long term.<br />I was always in different councils and committees groups as a nurse. I did a lot of work on these councils (NPC, DAISY). The more councils + committees that I participated in the more work they demanded and the recognition was non existent.<br />Beachbody has given me the ability to help other people + freedom from the shift work + recognition for all of the hard work I do daily to help other individuals change their lives.<br />And not only that, it's afforded me a pretty incredible life, a positive outlook, AMAZING relationships and a very exciting future. I actually started to DREAM again...and set goals!<br />My MOTIVATION is to pay it forward and share this blessing with others who are leaders in their field and feeling unappreciated and recognized. Reflecting on my first year as a Beachbody coach.

As I looked in the back office this morning my team had their biggest week in history I feel so honored but not surprised that this company based on the real things in life, health, financial freedom and connections is spreading like wild fire.<br /> <br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-bgW2rliqAk8/Us99tMXE3yI/AAAAAAAACOA/4dSqldEAtxQ/s1600/1502419_10152074143970971_136309618_o.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-bgW2rliqAk8/Us99tMXE3yI/AAAAAAAACOA/4dSqldEAtxQ/s1600/1502419_10152074143970971_136309618_o.jpg" width="400" /></a></div> <br /> If I had not hit my own rock bottom and been open I would have missed what I consider one of the biggest blessings that has ever happened to us.<br /> <br /> To think that one year ago on Sunday I was introduced to Beachbody and had no clue what it would do for Scott and I, my family, friends and countless other people as the year went on.<br /> <br /> First, it was my energy and the freedom from cooking non-stop and feeling like a slave to food, carrying coolers, planning and trying to get access to healthy food with three young kids at home and crazy hours as a nurse. I can't tell you all the ways in which it has blessed my health and life.<br /> <br /> I CAN tell you the obvious about being able to stay in shape easier, getting stronger and healthier as I get older because of this amazing nutrition (and of course hard work) but what you don't see are the other lives we have been able to impact. I would say being able to give families extra money to relieve stress, retire them from jobs they don't love so they can spend more time together doing what they DO love, is what life is really meant to be about.<br /> <br /> Teaching a man to fish is far more rewarding than just feeding him. You can't get healthy if you are constantly stressed about money. You also can't help others if you don't first heal and help yourself. We have been able to do more to help others because of Beachbody this year than we could have ever dreamed.<br /> <br /> I thank God in so many moments of the day to be able to have this gift to pay forward. If you are ready for BIG change, ready to do the work, ready to be open and leave behind traditional thinking, We are ready to take you with us this year. Investing in yourself and your future is the only way change can occur! I am so proud of what this company does and it is my responsibility to share it so others can do the same.
