Clean Eating Pumpkin Ice Cream Recipe



This season wouldn't be complete without adding pumpkin into the "nice" cream party! This will add a twist to your pumpkin recipe that I am sure you will surely love.

Ingredients:

1 cup pumpkin puree (you can buy them or if you know how to make that's better!)
4 medium bananas, chopped and frozen overnight
1/3 cup maple syrup or agave nectar or honey if you like
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice, (I love pumpkin spice!! No sugar please!)

Procedure:

Get your food processor out, add the bananas, pumpkin, sweetener of choice (agave, maple or honey) and the pumpkin spice in it. Churn it! Transfer to a container and freeze it overnight. Or if you have an ice cream maker, use it ;) 

Since we add pumpkin in it, once it hardens it tends to get really hard. So before scooping out some, let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Yum-o!!
