Four Ingredient Protein Pudding



Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
1 small scoop of stevia
1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk 

Procedure:

Mix all of the ingredients together till it is smooth. Place in the refrigerator for atleast an hour if you want it to have a consistency of an ice cream and less if more like pudding! You may add in some fruits or nuts if you like. Easy. Simple way to satisfy cravings!
