Tropical Mango Smoothie Bowl





Yearning for something tropical? This recipe will transport you to the beach with every single, sweet, juicy bite!! Oh, yum!

Ingredients:

For the smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 frozen banana* (before adding in the blender, you may want to defrost them first for a few minutes)
1/3 cup coconut water

Toppings:
1/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

How to do it:
In a blender, combine all smoothie ingredients. The consistency is up to you, if you want it so thick or not. During the blending process, check if you need more coconut water or not. 

Then pour in the bowl, top with your desired toppings.... take a picture of it, share and time to enjoy the smoothie!! Oh yum!! This is perfect for your mornings..or snacks if you want to!
